  Just signed up my 13 year old daughter. i did a site visit with her and she is really excited to start.

  This is our first year at Cheer Tyme Fairfax and we love it, everyone is wonderful including the staff, coaches, kids and parents. I am so happy we found a cheer gym where my daughter can progress and do what she loves to do.

  Do not go with this cheer company. My daughter was with this company for 2 1/2 years. There were so many issues with incompetence and unprofessionalism amongst the staff throughout the years. I attempted to contact management but never a call back. I let it go. Couple years later, I called the owner, it took him one month to call back. By then again I decided not to say anything, in case they may take it out on my child. They even disrespect the parents knowing they won't say anything out of fear for their children. Finally, after 2 1/2 years of abuse, a meeting was set up with the owner and management. I thought the owner would want to know the disfunction in his company because he is never there. They made me believe they were going to meet me then before they mentioned anything to me the owner capriciously sent out a group text message to all parents AND KIDS that my child is being kicked off the team because they did not want to deal with me. As he put it, "this is an issue that did not want to be resolved". They never met with me. How did he try to resolve any issues? He didn't. He made a conscious decision to make my child suffer to punish me. This could be your child. We pay a lot of money for our kids to get great coaching from these people. But at the end of the day, it's not worth it to have my child learn their bullying, childish behaviors and then the children suffer. In addition, I am beyond words by the two other parents, Michelle and Bill that wrote 5 star reviews on this company as they were the parents of my daughter's team members and they also received the same defamatory text message regarding my child by the owner. I feel sick.

  My child has been at Cheer Tyme Fairfax for several years and loves it! It is difficult to strike the right balance of competitiveness and manage various skill levels, but the coaches do a great job - they love the kids and have their best interest in mind. There are teams from beginner to advanced. It is not a win at all costs place, but at the same time many of their teams are often pretty good and do well in competitions. There are also tumbling classes offered without having to commit to a team, and those are much more relaxed than other gyms I've experienced.

  This is my son's 2nd year at Cheer Tyme and we love it here! At our last gym he was their 1st and only boy and always felt left out and not wanted. When we moved here a year ago we researched different cheer gyms and I felt that Cheer Tyme was the best fit for us, and am extremely happy with our decision. My son has never felt left out or made fun of because he was a boy. In fact, it was just the opposite. He was welcomed with open arms and has been encouraged in everything he does. The coaches and the staff are fantastic and truely love the kids! We will be with Cheer Tyme until our next move and I hope that isn't any time soon. We love our CT family!
