  Over the past couple months I've notices their customer service has been much better! They're more professional, friendly and faster service!

  Fast service but they are always out of menu items and servers can be rude.

  Drive through window was incredibly slow. I was in line 15 minutes after I ordered and only two cars in front of me. The milk shake machine was out of order, they didn't have any straws, and the girl at the window was rude in a very passive aggressive manner...ex. slamming the window because I stated, "you don't have straws and you all are slow?" I made a specific request when ordering my food and reminded her once I got to the window. Rather than correcting what I believe was done on purpose, she hands me another bag without explanation. I ask her what the bag is for and then she proceeds to tell me the 2 large fries at at the bottom of the bag. I had 4 speorders and wanted to avoid digging in the bottom of one bag. I asked to speak to the manager and she was apologetic but I will NEVER return to the 29th street Checkers again and I will keep my promise to you and contact your corporate office and advise them of your complete lack of customer service. You all took the "fast" out of fast food.
