  Had me fill out paperwork due to the fact it was my first time, totally understandable. Lady helping me out said she had to verify my check that’ll it’ll take no more than ten minutes. Twenty minutes later I ask what’s the hold up and she said the person verifying my check said she’ll give her a call back in five minutes. Ten mins later she tells me they told her the check couldn’t be verified and gave me my check back after 30 mins!!!!! I called the company in which my check was authorized from and keep in mind the number was in bold letters in front of my check and it only took me 5 mins to have them verify it and when I asked why they told cash city it wasn’t verified they told me no one had ever called. SMH IDK WHAT THESE GIRLS WERE DOING FOR THIRTY MINUTES BUT IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL TO USE SOMEONES TIME LIKE THAT AND THEN LIE ABOUT THEIR CHECK NOT BEING VERIFIED. I almost called my boss pissed off.

  I was in need of a little payday loan and Anita and Betty helped me get there and did a great job I left very satisfied!!

  Most days this is great place to do business, I was really annoyed today, 3/5/17 , 2 on duty and neither would get up greet the people coming in or even leave their computers to wait on customers, until they felt like it. The rudeness was uncalled for. This will not stop me from coming to Check City, I just hope whoever manages this place could get better help for slow days, customers are still customers.

  EXCELLENT, THE OWNER IS A STAND-UP GUY , HE HELPED WITH ME WITH MY SITUATION AND SAVED ME SOME MONEY AND IS A VERY REASONABLE PERSON, I APPRECIATE IT! I'LL BE BACK IN A WEEK TO DO MORE BUSINESS, BUT AT THIS STORE ONLY. I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OVER THE REST MYSELF BUT CHECK CITY IS THE BEST IN LAS VEGAS I CAN TELL YOU THAT FROM EXPERIENCE I'VE LIVED HERE 35 YEARS. THANKS AGAIN , RANDY COMBS
