  Cheap flight yes, I was informed my flight was cancelled and I had been rescheduled for the following day. I had commitments I needed to attend to and I was informed it would cost me a further 500 dollars to transfer to a different flight. Unforeseen circumstance is the only way to receive a refund. I would imagine a change in flights booked four months earlier was pretty unforeseen. Awful customer Service

  I would not buy the tickets with them even if they giving it free to me.. after wait to confirmation 1 day, I call to confirm that my reservation is okay and there is no problems. They confirm me all is okay, and only wait for confirmation from airline... sound me pretty weird... after wait 1 more day I received an email with my reservation CANCELED and now the tickets are $300 more expensive than when i did my reservation with Cheap Fly Fares........ H O R R I B L E

  Biggest mistake of my life, please do your research before booking with this company. This is a scam and police should investigate. 500 dollars gone down the drain. They give you fake names and hang up on your when you want to talk to a manager. These people are the biggest scums of earth

  This site had what we thought were good price. WRONG: when we went to prepay for our luggage, there was a $16 (seat) bill EACH way for all our tickets purchased . DO Not use this site!!!!!'n

  NEVER USE!! I booked a flight and needed to cancel within hours due to an emergency. They charged me fee after fee until my credit was 1/5 of the original price. In order to use the credit it took me several weeks to book the flight due to only one representative being able to help me and that person was either "not in" or never called back, to make it worse she was not helpful and rude when I spoke to her. In the end, Expedia is far cheaper than the fares this site can offer and a pleasure to deal with.
