  Dr. Blackwell is great in regards to making the ability to start HRT easy and fast, however the ability to get a response from the office is hard. They will barely return calls making you have to call multiple times to get someone to respond. I’ve also experienced multiple issues with my testosterone refills and the prescription being written the wrong way therefore leaving me with no testosterone for a week or two. I never hear back from my lab results and have to call to check on them and it takes him 1.5 to 2 months just to read them so they can send me a copy in the mail. Overall it’s been a poor experience and I have switched providers.

  Going to Dr. Blackwell has been, and continues to be, one of the best physician experiences I've had.

  Dr. Blackwell is down to earth and provides great care. The staff is friendly and the office is comfortable. Highly recommend this practice!
