  From guest hallways to vanity areas, everything was impressive. Room service was prompt and the food was well priced. Walls are extensively renovated and beautiful furniture all around. Top place to stay and will be visiting again.

  Staff is great. Hotel needs work done. Smells weird to say the least.

  Not a 5 star hotel, and you should know that going into it. But, for the price, is definitely a good place to stay. Decently clean, nice staff, and provides you with a shuttle to/from the airport/cruise port if needed. Definitely worth the cheap price if you’re not looking to stay in a super nice hotel.

  We read a lot of reviews before staying here and we were a little worried about how things would turn out for us. We stayed with a party of 11 and we were pleasantly surprised with how well everything went. Our rooms were clean and the staff was very kind. We were shuttled from the airport and to the cruise port for free and we were given great information and service from the staff! We would stay here again and recommend to others taking a cruise. For the price in the area this hotel is a great choice!

  I did not expect this hotel to be nice, but it was quite pleasant. It was very quiet and we had no disturbances. It was in a great location with access to the miracle mile, South beach and downtown Miami. 👍🏽👍🏽
