  I sat for 20 minutes before a waitress came to ask me if I wanted something and I ordered a water with no ice and a Sprite with no ice. She came back 15 min latter with Sprite no water I should have left that instant. But I ordered and she brought me the wrong stuff she wasn't listening and then her manager in the little restaurant came over and in a very loud voice disruptive of other customers berated me. Then the manager of the hotel was rude. The Saint Frances is not the Four Seasons.
