  Ghetto place to live they will brake in to your cars or house and management won't do nothing about it this is a very unsecured place to live it's not a place to raise families look elsewhere you'll be highly disappointed

  I did not know that (Chateau Mobile Home Park) IS APART OF "LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY"........................... Well awesome that I know now, BECAUSE I have been keeping an *Eye on my iPad.!!! That I have in your residence property!!(((((:

  This place was so clean and had so much curb appeal that, I do not believe these were trailers they were very nice houses. Some look better than others overall 90% of it was very nice.

  The park has a very great sense of family. The park is kept in great condition. The maintenance is shows they work hard to make it a great place to live.
