  Great food. I got the Monkfish and shrimp kabob special. It was cook just right I would get it again if I am in NJ again.

  An elegant and classy restaurant in Carteret with great waiter service and excellent fresh entrees. I ordered the seafood combo in bean stew with white rice and my wife ordered whole bronzino with potatoes and mixed vegetables. For appetizer, we ordered calamari and the restaurant gives a bowl of salad. The food again was excellent and while it took some time to make, the wait is well worth it.

  The food is excellent and plentiful and good the service is also excellent my wife and I love eating there on special occasion

  Chateau Madrid has good food and service! Happy hour is nice but their sangria is a bit on the pricey side even during happy hour. All in all its a good place to eat, drink, and be merry..

  Great local restaurant. Waiters are very polite. Food is amazing. Had the top sirloin amazing... must try
