  I've been a Chase Bank customer for 6 years. Always had a great experience with Chase. This branch is the worst I've seen and ever had customer from. Branch manger Steve Josephsen didn't want to open a business account for me because I was dirty and looked homeless. Had all my paper work and information. Sorry Steve but some people do construction for a living, and don't get to stay dirt free. Walked across the street and opened a business account with BECU deposited about 12 k and will be moving my other accounts. Thanks Steve now I get free checking!
