  I don't know why people review this place poorly. I've been in probably 2 dozen times and always walk away happy because of the warm service I receive. There are certain things I don't like about this branch, and about Chase, but I like Chase better than other banks I've used, and the folks working at this branch are at least sweet people from what I've seen.

  Very bad service and especially the manager, reason why I’m closing my accounts in this bank, if you are a chase costumer avoid this branch.

  Used ATM and on both occasions the door was unlocked. I did not feel safe and will certainly not use that branch again. Manager will be called. main office will also be notified. Might add the bank was closed.That's why it was uncomfortable. No security and the lock was not working so anyone could walk into the portion of the bank that houses the ATM. Fix the lock.

  ...not a very long wait. Customer service was outstanding and very engaging in tailoring bank products to my needs. I must say Mr. Angel Rivera made my visit to Chase Bank a really great and effortless experience. Best bank in Brooklyn!
