  Making my deposit via the ATM 🏧 was smooth and quick. No waiting long waiting line. It was in the evening. I rated this branch a 5-star before, but during my morning visit today Monday, February 26, 2018, I did notice that the carpet in the front entrance ATM 🏧 lobby had white salt residues. 😒 It looked dirty! - It's noticeable from moving traffic. - No FREE parking available. - Only street Muni-Meter parking 🅿. - Instead of double-parking and obstructing vehicular traffic that will inconvenience other motorists, be a good driver and park in the safety zone on the left side. 🤓 - No drive-thru. - Four (4) ATMs 🏧: two in the main bank lobby and two others in the front entrance lobby for overnight use during closing time. - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance. - Staff is welcoming. I would recommend this Chase Bank branch to anyone driving 🚘 by for quick funds withdrawal.

  If i come to the counter, then i expect to get help there and not to be sent to the ATM. Especially if there is no line and noone waiting. Very unprofessional.

  Glad I opened all my personal/business saving and checking accounts here. I travel a lot and this past Friday afternoon, I deposit a check into my business account through ATM in Atlanta and Saturday morning I received a phone call from my “relationship banker” Mr. Yung who opened all my accounts for me informed me that there is a temporary hold on the check. I have never experience that kind of dedication and service before.
