  I used this branch numerous times a week for several years to make deposits as the manager of a nearby business. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, I'm not sure where some of these negative reviews come from but I have always been met with respect and a professional demeanor. Now that I occasionally use the branch for personal banking, the staff members still remember me and inquire about how I'm doing.

  Watch out for Diana. Extremely rude heavyset mexican woman. Will steal money and lie about it.

  Chase bank in general is pretty reasonable, but this branch is not only the worst branch I have ever dealt with, it's the worst anything I have ever dealt with. Literally every single transaction has been completely botched, including important transfers, appointments, and account closure.This is not an exaggeration: Every single transaction. One account was changed to a different type of account not only without our permission, but against EXPLICIT directions. This resulted in fees that were promptly reversed, but management could not explain how this happened. 0 stars.

  I won't even give it a star! .... because this bank is unfriendly and intolerance of neighbors. I don't know if the management has changed or what but the bank used to let public (students and Islamic cultural people) park cars during non business hours but now they don't let them. No one is going to take over their parking lot. People use only for few minutes when they come visit their friends at student housing or mosque people for prayer. Chase bank should create strong friendly relationship with its diverse neighbors, connecting people not dividing. very disappointed.
