  This is one of the worst branch with horrible customer service. The teller named Bianca Artega was assisting me.she greeted me with no smile and did not even bother asking me how was I doing. She asked if i can maintain my savings account or not and was extremely judgemental throughout the entire interaction. I am an RN making a pretty decent salary and I know it is really not her buisness interviewing people in such manner. If you need to know someone's source of income you could directly ask them what is their professional rather than asking unnecessary questions. I hope she gets more training in how to interact with customers rather than just being a rude pathetic piece of garbage.

  Well after having horrible experience on the phone I actually had even worst one in the Branch Question??? Why I have to explain why and who I am sending my money. They asked "why", "who" and "what for" I am sending 1000$ And no explanation what would raise suspicion for that transaction. Remember it is a free country.

  If you're a chase customer go to any other location but this one!! Super slow service it's like they all started working here the same day you're there.

  Never ever come to this place!!! Especially when you are here for bankers!!!! Wait for 90min and still can not get things done. They can not even finish 3 people in 90min!! Worst experience with chase ever.

  This is the worst Chase bank I experienced. Why do I have to wait over an hour to get to report a lost debit card? The line for the tellers are 8 people deep and the ATMs machine line are coiled around room. . if you have nothing bettet to do with your day go here. But if you have things to do. Avoid this branch
