  Had a bad experience with Chase so I went to close my account to avoid further charges and fees. Banker had zero cares as to why they were losing a customer and did not try to help whatsoever. No customer service and not helpful at all. Because of this my husband will also close his account and take our business elsewhere.

  Visited to open a new account. The banker was so not welling to help. She sounded mean and stereotyping. This is the worst branch I have ever visited for the last 16 years.

  They need more bankers. Shouldn't take an hour to order a new card or get 1 paper notarized. Still waiting so.........

  I deposited 9k cash yesterday. I'm positively sure of it. When teller counted the money, he said I was 200 short. Do we need probe any further!
