  Worst customer's service! The bankers do not know what they are talking about. I tried to open a business account and the banker told me that I had to bring certain papers. I walked in another bank and opened the same type of account without this paper. They don't know what they are talking about. I don't trust them.

  This place is always a bit of a mess, but the tellers are nice enough, in my experience.

  Probably the SLOWEST branch I've been to in NYC and long island. The tellers there don't care if there's a line of 30 costumers waiting. They take their sweet time, and socialize amongst themselves in-between customers. Painful experience each time I've been there. Unfortunately it's the only Chase Bank near my business.
