  This is by far the slowest bank I have ever been to. I have yet to come to this bank and spend less than 15 to 20 minutes to cash a simple check that is drawn on Chase. I do not understand why it takes so long when they are never busy. The most I’ve seen are three cars in the drive-through and maybe for cars for the lobby. The personal bankers are pleasant but the speed in which they operate is absolutely maddening

  Always have received solid customer service inside. I never use the drive thru

  the banker faziba is very rude and speaks out loud as if someone offended her. long lines only one person at the desk and at the drive through.

  Their service is horrible we're considering changing banks. We waiting for 30 minutes because they only had one personal banker while two other bankers behind the counter did nothing. Finally was our turn took five minutes for notary then when we asked after if he fax something for our real estate business he wouldn't because we weren't refinancing one of our homes with them. The gentleman that helped us Fransisco was rude. We keep hundreds of thousands with this bank and couldn't even get something faxed after a 30 minute wait. They clearly don't care about pleasing their customers. I worked for Wells Fargo before and we always went out our way to make sure a customer has a great experience and never waited more than a few minutes to be helped. So what if it's not something related it's just a few minutes out your day to fax I believe that's worth the wait. Shame on Chase because all of their branches are like this.
