::Long wait. Poor service. Closed the bank after I had been waiting for service, then told me to come back on another day. Told me it would take an 1hr to set up a savings account b/c it would take that long to input my info into the computer system (even though I already have a checking account). In 2017 that's pretty absurd. Chase needs to clean this branch up.
