  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Saulito should be let go of. Do not come here. Will close my account.

  Worst bank experience ever... Kept me waiting for 2 hrs to the point that the doors closed. Just to see a banker, STAY AWAY!! from this branch...

  2 tellers and only 1 person working the desks. Along comes another representative to sit next to the only 1 person working the desk while their client is on the phone for 35min! I have been waiting 55 minutes to be exact. Instead of 2 women sitting next to one another they should be helping the next customers waiting! Horrible customer service

  Would give negative stars if available. Woman teller with tight-bun hairstyle has HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Together with the male-teller, give customers wrong information and waste their time. Extremely unprofessional attitude and RUDE!!!! Xenophobic human waste.... At least learn how to do your job

  So slow. CS is nice and said sorry for keep you waiting. But I wait there more than one hour! And only one people in front of me. I don't understand how can one people took more than one hour. That is called effective. I only change my profile, also took about one hour! just for update personal information! I really don't understand how they work. So disappointed of CHASE customer service.
