  The ATM outside gives $5, $20 and $100 bills which is very convenient. The facilities are large, new, clean, and accessible. The service inside is a little on the slow side but the staff is helpful and professional.

  4-5 people waiting an hour for the one associate on staff.

  Good Bank with good customer service. Feedback: Additional service representatives should be in the branch to avoid customers waiting for more than 15 minutes each for questions the cashier is not able to assist you with. Additional cashiers are also a must.

  Bad customer service the staff there doesn't even acknowledge you. The ladies there just walk back and forth in high heels and act like they are doing something productive. That chase is just straight terrible and disappointing..
