::As another mentions, I am also surprised this location has such a low rating, I've always experienced very good service at this and most east side locations of Chase. The staff here are friendly and responsive.

::Manager is extremely professional and helpful. He was on time and helped me open a business bank account and line of credit. 10/10 would recommend this bank to anyone! Great rates and great people.

::The bank is a revolving door of employees which I have noticed in banking there for over 13 years.. In the past couple years the customer service has gone dramatically downhill. I was a Private Client customer until recently (requiring over $250,000 on deposit). I refused to buy any of their securities products as a Private Client, which they constantly push on you,. I did take advantage of their Private Client program for a mortgage loan to refinance my home at the special interest rate offered for Private Clients. After the loan rate was locked at a very low interest rate, several months into the closing process after the appraisal was already done on my home (valuing the home at four times the borrowed amount), they decided to write me a letter saying they wanted to terminate our banking relationship, then forced me to take cashiers checks for over half a million dollars in my account deposits. They then "refused" to honor the quoted Private Client refinance rate they had originally quoted me in writing saying I was no longer a Private Client at their bank, which was of course completely "their" decision to remove my funds from their bank that qualified me as a Private Client.. By any definition this is a fraudulent scam and unethical. If you are thinking of being a Private Client with them you will get great perks, but obviously they don't want to keep you around as a Private Client with a refinanced mortgage discount rate if you don't buy their securities products. There is no fine print that requires being a securities customer to be a Private Client with them, but they obviously don't want you to take the offered discounts and then not buy their securities. Additionally, there is massive incompetence with most of the people with whom I have recently interacted there. They make nothing easy. They have a "Too big to fail" attitude of self importance that is malignant. Additionally, trying to do anything outside the branch with their corporate phone centers is a colossal waste of time. My 15 year old existing first mortgage is with them and they completely messed up my ability to get paid on a home casually claim, whereupon Chase Bank requires themselves to be named as a co-payee on the claim payment checks received from your homeowner insurance. They endorsed the claim check and deposited it in my account as normal, only to send someone out to the parking lot to get me out of my car and back in the branch to cancel their check endorsement they stamped on the check, thus rendering the check worthless and reversing the deposit. They then handed me a 13 page document which essentially said they would keep "all funds from my insurance company" for this claim until they decided my repairs were 50% done with a bank construction expert. They also demanded the contractors to sign away their statutory lien rights. My contractors left the job. It was a very time consuming mess they created taking weeks of my time to unravel with people in Chase call centers worldwide who don't provide last names, don't call back when they promise to do so, refuse to give you their phone numbers, and are prohibited from sending or receiving your email. From the bottom up, nobody can solve complex problems. They block anyone from talking to their legal department or anybody who has a big picture. Wait times can be hours to talk to a manager who often ends up being in an offshore call center. That all makes it very hard to do business, and creates no written evidence of anything which is what the bank wants so they cannot be sued easily. This bank has some extremely toxic policies. Some are in writing and some are not. I have discovered there are far better banks out there. The Chase corporate organizational structure is complex and not user friendly, as they are the largest commercial bank in the USA. Assuredly they are not personal. They have made no attempt to rectify any of the problems defined above.

::I've been going to this bank for 10 years now. I'm surprised the review is averaging at 3 stars. I give it a 4 star because people are friendly and they are quick/efficient. I usually get my deposit/transfer done in/out pretty quickly.
