  This Branch has the worst customer service, not enough man power to serve their customers, Every time I visit this location I feel like shi*****t, the only good thing about this location is the parking. I have visited many Chase Branches and I am in/ out within 3-5 mnts but this location I always spend 20-30 to do small transactions like withdrawals and deposits. Crazy !!!! I am giving them business for over 17 years and they do not apreaciate and don’t serve the way we deserve. They need more tellers and people working for this location.

  The wait at this branch is ridiculous. They have two machines that do the same thing as the ones outside taking up the place where two tellers could be. No one uses those machines. It’s a waste of space. Waiting over 30 minutes this morning starting at 10 am to withdraw some quarters. Meanwhile I see three personal bankers sitting at their desks doing absolutely nothing. Waste of time and waste of company pay.
