  I opened an account with Chase Bank 3 year's ago about. They we're very kind and friendly. I always had questions answered and visiting monthly for awhile I was known by name and treated like family. They made a mistake in billing me for an overdraft that was incorrect I thought because I checked my account balance and had the cash. I was told then at that time that on Sundays when transaction made it didn't post to my account balance but they refunded me and explained how it works which meant the world to me at the time because the cost of the overdraft was a bill I needed to pay so I was greatful for the kindness and help to fix my account balance back to what it was as a courtesy for me as a customer. Always a pleasure speaking with staff friendly as ever. 5 Stars for how awesome the staff is and kind.
