::We needed bank services on a Sunday, and found this location listed as open on Sundays. I called to try to confirm this, but the Chase phone tree isn't set up to let you though to a rep, and the message refers you to the web to confirm hours. Needless to say, we showed up on a Sunday and found a sheet of paper taped to the door saying they are actually closed on Sundays. Please update your hours online and consider including your hours on the branch phone line recordings.

::This is the worst Chase branch I have ever been to. I walked in and the only person that talked to me for the first 20 minutes was the "security guard" and there were only 3 other people in line. I asked for help opening a joint account with my wife and they told me they did not have any openings that day and could not help me....Customer Service was terrible compared to other experiences I've had with Chase in the past

::The bank employees at this branch have no customer service skills. I was ignored from the moment I walked in and there was only three other people in line before me. I've been banking with Chase for over 30 years, back when it was called Washington Mutual and I have never been treated like this. I needed help and called for the supervisor, which got me nowhere. She didn't offer to help me, nor wanted to help me. She was very short with me. The Supervisor at this branch lacks the skills of the title that was given to her and is not professional in behavior or knowledge of treating people equally. I really hope Chase bank looks deeper into their employees treating their customers in a rude and unprofessional manner because after all, it's making your customers go bank elsewhere

::Just went to talk to my bank about opening up a fourth account and I was not even greeted when I walked in, sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence. I’ve been with Chase for a long time but if their customer service is going to be that poor than I am not going to continue being a customer.

::My partner and I opened a business account at this branch a couple of weeks ago and today I received a call from the branch manager, Javier Mendoza, informing me that I had to come to the branch TODAY(!) and produce my ID to be scanned for their records. My partner and I gave our ID's to the bank representative when we opened the account and the branch somehow mis-managed the scans and/or lost them. Mr. Mendoza INSISTED that I make my way through the snow storm today to his branch to produce my ID or my account would be put on hold. He proceeded to be rude to me and didn't care if I closed my Chase accounts which I have had at other locations for over 20 years. Mr. Mendoza is the worst possible customer relations manager I have ever encountered in the banking industry. Chase should reconsider his role in their company.
