  I love the tellers they always make me feel so welcomed. Everyone is always very helpful. Long lines but just dont go around the 1st to the 4th learn to use the ATM if your so impatient hot shot it's called technology

  I had a great experience at this bank. It was very clean inside and the service was excellent. The tellers were very friendly and when I had a question the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I highly recommend visiting this chase.

  Worse chase bank I've ever been to. I've been banking with chase since I was in my twenties and have been to several branches, but this one needs to be fully restaffed. Every single time I go there over the last 6 years customer service is disrespectful. I was there for two hours yesterday after having to return from the previous day, because I was waiting over an hour. This happens EVERY single time I have gone over the last 6 years , and when you ask for a manager they say they don't have one yet. There is ALWAYS two or more staffers walking around doing nothing while bank customers are waiting for hours for ONE rep to handle 20 diferent people. The heavy set short spanish lady that wears her uniform sloppily and usually stands at the front doing nothing ,lied to my face about fees on my daughters account and insulted me because I closed my account about a month ago. Yesterday was the last straw with that two hour wait and that same lady walking around slowly, gossiping with another staffer brownskin with braids. I closed every account I had left in chase bank. My other banks show me they appreciate my money way more with quick curtious customer service and accurate information. CHASE hire people that really want the job not just because they speak a certain language! There is no diversity in that particular branch! Language DOES NOT make you a good worker! BTW two of the three ATM machines ran out of money in the middle of the afternoon and when customers kept reporting it the two doing nothing acted as if they didn't care at all.

  The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the actual teller are good. Not great, but good. They're slow but they're not disrespectful unlike the other workers. Every single time I go here and get the tall, dark toned woman, she treats me like actual garbage. Talks down to me, tells me I wouldn't understand (isn't it your job to explain it to me then?) As well as disrespected my husband who was actually being far more respectful to her. At some point she walked off and never came back for over an hour. When asked where is she, we're told she went out to lunch. The whole branch needs to be redone. When I asked to speak to the manager, we were told there isn't one currently. Funny, you said the same thing 3 months ago... 🤔🤔 Hmm...

  el peor Banco que he bisitado mal servicio y peor haun el dia que fui la jefa del personal nostrato peor que basuras y siendo ispana mismo noboy adesir nacionalidad pero yose de donde es y es triste que una persona siendo jefa y ispana nostrate de esa manera por eso estamos como estamos
