::Shortage of staff. I showed up trying to open a new account. There was 2 people (customers) in the bank, and they said they were busy and I would have to schedule an appointment the next day. Now I need a notary, so I try to call in advance. Called at 10:00am, 12:00pm, and 2:00pm. Nobody answers their phone... ever. So I guess I'll have to drive in to make another appointment to drive in again... sigh.

::Bad customer service, not experienced enough. There are 3 other cashiers talking to each other and only 1 clerk with a big line of customers. Bad experience coming here.
