  The worst customer service I ever experienced.. I sat for over 40 mins just to get a notary done.. And then when it was my turn the banker looked at me and walked straight to another customer that he knew.. Never have I had a bank employee from any bank treat me like that.. Smh

  As stated in other reviews, the parking is awful, no drive-up ATM, understaffed. This location is the step-child of Chase. Chase ought to be ashamed.

  I hate this old run down bank. No drive up ATM. You have to stand in line in the freezing cold or hot ass sun outside. Inside makes me want to kill myself. Parking is horrible and the drive thru will take 2 cars

  I recently went to deposit money and someone came to help me at the window after 5 minutes then left never to come back after another 5 minutes I finally gave up waiting and went to use a machine. Other times they have been friendly but they only seem to care about people who come in not through the window. It's just so hot and with two kids it's kind of a hassle to get out. Disappointed with the customer service.
