::Went here to open an account with our new au pair. The employee looked at me like I had 10 heads and acted as if I were inconveniencing them. Long story short, we walked out. I ended up bringing her to Wells Fargo (Danbury) and opened an account within 20 minutes. Staff is unfriendly, dismissive, and did not meet our needs. NOT RECOMMENDED.
