  I have been very sick this weekend and I haven’t been able to get out of the house I had a virus and somethings came out of my account a day before they were supposed to be posted I called Chase to try to talk to them about getting my late fee refunded of $35 because I’ve been in bed sick but they said that they can’t do it for me so I’m highly thinking about changing banks someone told me that they bank with Wells Fargo and they don’t get Overdraft fees.....Especially ones that is $35 that’s a lot of money

  Nickel and dime me on my nickel and dimes!! I came in with $55 in wrapped coins and the teller had the nerve to claim the stacks are shorter when compared to the federal pre-wrapped coins he had. So they weren't accepting it and when they offered me wrapping paper it wasnt the same as the federal paper. How do you compare coins in different wrapping paper with different thicknesses?? I just went to TD bank and they accepted it with no issue. Chase Bank is more and more customer unfriendly with each passing day!

  Tellers are friendly and efficient. However, the platform personnel don't seem to be as friendly or knowledgeable. For example, when my old Chase cash card expired, I couldn't get a new one with a five digit passcode like I had with the expired one. I pleaded with him to call support to find out how to get a five digit code. He refused saying simply that the cards only have four digit codes. You would think that a bank wouldn't want to decrease the security level by a factor of 10.

  Amazing staff. Not the best branch I visited but I like how clean it is.

  Great bank that never had a wait. Plus a parking lot and ATM machines.
