  Horrible. Do not try and deposit cash in your family member's account because they will not let you!! Other banks do not have this ridiculous policy.

  My home bank where everyone knows my name. They even take my phone calls and will check my statements, do my transfers and fixed a very personal problem. They feed me lollipops and bring coffee when I am waiting. Great service-but I still don't need financial planning! Long lines on pay day Fridays. The tellers speak Russian for the clients. The machines always work and they have a hand sanitizer on the way out.
