  Usually I show up and wait less than 10 mins for anything. For the area it is one of the best spots for banking

  Lost 20 minutes in line and had to leave without taking care of my banking. They closed down most of the teller windows and replaced tellers with a machine, now the service sucks. It used to be so much better.

  They are 100% RACIST! if you're black or Latino waiting on line usually the manager will run up to you out of everyone and ask you hundred questions (extremely politly so you don't know you're getting interrogated at frist) on why you're there and constantly assist to use the ATM. This place suck! Don't ever go here and support these racist !

  2 counts of different discrimination towards the same person. Me. They see a brow kid walk in waiting in the line and apparently that's all that takes for a teller to walk up to me questioning my presence as of I never banked there before. I tell him what I'm there for (depositing a check) and tells me I don't have to wait in line and can use the ATM. I ask of I will still receive at least $100 of funds the same day, he looks at me withow certainty and says "$200" so I use the ATM. Turns out, I don't receive any funds same day so I go back and complain trying and figure out why he lied to me. Gets his manager (this is count 2 of discrimination) talks down to me as if I was an ignorant little boy because I look young. Nothing gets fixed or worked out. Worst Chase bank.
