::ONLY TWO teller booths available, and there is never two tellers working, usually only one. They always have a lot of people waiting on line but decide it's better to have their staff walking around greeting people instead of having them help customers (put someone in the booth instead!!). You have to wait 30 mins to get anything done. This is by far the worst branch I have been to in NY. This location used to have more booths, it went under construction and they decided two booths would be enough for a Times Square/Penn station area, are you kidding me (what moron made that decision). They created 15 private banking booths instead (6-7 private booths are always empty), where the employees just sit at their desk with a customer in maybe 1 to 2 desks while the others do nothing. Great job management!!! GO TO THE 7th AVE 40th street LOCATION INSTEAD. Much quicker, many more booths, much better management.

::I was very hesitant to come to this Chase Branch because of all the negative reviews. At the time of writing, this branch had a 1.9 review. However, the other chase branches within a 15 min walk had worse reviews -- 1.6 and 1.3 respectively. I had to go in person to take advantage of a promotion not available online/through phone. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. Staff out front quickly directed me to the correct area, and there was maybe 1 min wait time before I was seated with a banker. Melissa C was helpful, efficient, and the right amount of friendly throughout our conversation.
