::Not a fan of banks but Chase has been fair to me in the 5 years I have used them. This location is handy and easy to get in and out of. Plus DQ and Taco Bell are convenient if you want a snack after you bank!

::Wouldn't cash a $100 Chase check with my temporary AZ ID. It's a legitimate photo ID. I had my old ID that had just expired too. What do they think, that I'm no longer me because my ID expired? Went to the Chase on Southern and Country Club and they cashed it, no problem. That tells me it isn't a Chase policy, just this branch being pinheads.

::I wanted to close my account with Chase and the woman that helped me closed my credit card also. I told her that I didn't want my credit card to be closed and she said she would put in the paper work to have it reinstated. A month later I go to use my card and it's closed. I called them and they claimed they don't even have the authorization to close it but somehow they did and there is nothing they can do. Wow. Worst experience with a bank I've ever had.
