  This branch's card reader isn't reliable, good luck trying to get into the vestibule after hours to use the ATM. Unsatisfactory.

  Id like to know why Transfer forms are not readily available to customers. Why can't i have more than one slip? It holds u up when u have to stand there and fill out form when u can do it ahead of time. I much prefer the Farmingville branch the forms are out and u can have more than one. But unfortunate for me i live closer to Ronkonkoma branch. Ive asked for the transfer slips at Ronkonkoma branch and I'm told they are only kept behind the desk. Very inconvenient.

  My friend has a account with this bank and she says they aren't so helpful.
