  They always come to the customers saying that you would have to wait an hour for you to be seen because they only got one person working that the other person that was supposed to be work with that other person call out. The same happened yesterday went i came to the same bank. But they said that is no one to help you but they got time to chilled by the front of the bank take a look. That's the supervisor of the bank

  Very poor service. With the massive amount of customers that enter this location on a daily basis. One would assume that this location would have more staff to service their customers and yet there is a lack of staff everytime I come here. This is ridiculous. The line is all the way to the door every time i come to cash my check. The owner of this branch is very cheap. The line is to the entrance and the two waiting are over crowded. I often see people enter and leave because its not worth the wait. The AC is not on. I feel like i am in a sauna. This location stinks literally. The place smells like rotten milk and a week old raviolli. There are no windows and the staff don't even have enough common sense to open the door. So that the smell won't stay trapped in here.
