  Terrible customer service. They won't break a $100 bill unless you have an account with them. There is no logical reason to needing to have an account with a bank to break a large bill. The lack of sense and courtesy at this place is the worst. Edit: I came back to edit this because after some research into Chase (google: chase palantir), I figured out why you cannot do anything at Chase without having an account. They have Facebook-level data gathering going on at the bank. There are some great articles about this, and a must read if you bank with Chase.

  By far and away the best and most helpful staff I have ever come in contact with at a bank. I was treated like a high value client even with my low value account.

  Everyone was friendly and helpful. Came in to have a document notarized and I was helped right away and it was a pleasant experience, it went quickly and was told the story about who built the building and some local history. Staff were friendly when I was leaving

  This customer service at this bank is horrible they act as of they're doing the customer a fabor by using this bank the tellers are lazy and extremely rude
