  Me and my fiancé had came in to sign off on an auto loan we were approved for. Nadine, the lady who was helping us, had a nasty attitude from the second we walked in to the moment we left. And instead of giving us the check for the loan which we were supposed to get, she just refused to give it to us. And when we asked for the check we were supposed to get as soon as we signed, she just shrugged her shoulders. I had to have customer service call the location and speak to her, to tell her she had to give us our check. She needs more training to preform her actual job and in customer service.
