::Staff tries hard. Seem very understaffed. They definitely need another ATM inside branch. ATM has too much glare on screen during day, needs screen or small enclosed room like Stony Pt branch. Lines can be long to wait for ATM users to finish. People in bank have always been great to me.

::The worst customer service of any Chase branch or any bank I have ever experienced. The teller was inexperienced and could not figure out how to do a simple withdrawal- took over 30 minutes and her running back and forth to ask for help. The manager was as friendly as an Isis terrorist. Such a bad experience I wanted to close my chase bank account after being a loyal Chase bank customer for over 10 years. Chase corporate should take note that unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending employees like Marjorie lose them lots of business, repeat customers, and new ones. Stay away from this branch!

::This is one of the worst chase branch ever in terms of service for their customer. I've tried to have my papers notarized several times, but Erica, the only notary in this place, never be able to service her Chase bank customer. I'd tried to contact her serveral times but nobody could help. But they told me to go town hall and get notarized. I'd visited yesterday early and finally 4:30pm 11/16/2015 but they said Erica was out for lunch at 4:30pm. I'd call 9:30am this morning 11/17/2015 but Erica said she is busy so she had no idea when she would be not busy and how long I had to wait for it. I've had a same experience about this matter in same place a few month ago. That time I had to drive to other Chase branch to have notarized. I have many account on Chase bank. A several personal accounts and business accounts even my retire fund for over 20years transaction. Chase confer me as a VIP customer but people in this place seems never take care of their old customer. Do I have to open a new account in TD bank right next to Chase bank? or travel to other Chase bank for 5 to 10 mins every time? That will be sad and a shame and inconvenience to keep up...

::My experience with Erica is totally different than yours Joel. Not giving any details but every time I needed something she has been the only one that has helped with my checking and IRA account. Jason "financial advisor" has also been great. He answered all my questions when I wanted to open my IRA account. Moving from the city where I have dealt with horrible chase customer services and coming to Garnerville I can say this is the best Chase I've ever seen and if you are reading this ERICA thank you for everything help you have given me and my husband. 👍
