  This branch is continuously understaffed and I've had to go back numerous times because they haven't been able to help me within my whole 1-hour break. Apparently there is only one banker there with a medallion stamp, a service I've needed a few times - the first time he was very rude and didn't seem like he wanted to help me. The second time, he told me they were too short-staffed to help me (even though I had called the previous day and was told to come in). I don't normally go out of my way to write bad reviews but they have been unprofessional and unorganized. Unless you're going in to get a quick withdrawal or deposit with the kind bank teller, I would advise going to another branch.

  About average Chase experience. Staff were helpful but I thought the flow of people could have been better managed.

  Just had the easiest Wire transfer ever during a stressful Escrow. Pablo was super helpful!

  Friendly, fast, and humorous. Other Chase banks left a bad impression on me. This Chase is the best I've encountered. So much so I drive across the city for this bank.
