  Parking is difficult, they really should have a garage or lot for customers! There are other Chases with much more car-friendly accessibility near downtown San Jose.

  Total waste of time. They are slow and inefficent. Had a scheduled appointment, after waiting a half hour past my scheduled time , I was still waiting. They have no sense of regency or customer service.

  Continuous churn of employees, poor to no follow through on business requests long lines despite reasonable number of personnel present.

  Waste of time. There were four people including me and my girlfriend waiting for over an hour just to get some stuff done. Do not go to this branch. Waste of people's life! A guy beside me asked the manager three times and he just ignores him. Manager should get fired!
