  Horribly trained bankers. They do not know anything. Ive had seperate occasions where ive asked them for help and they give me an answer. Come to find out theyre wrong... like ALWAYS

  Came into this bank to handle some very important business and needed to speak with a rep. I was asked to sign my name on a list that already had 3 other customers ahead of me. Once I sat down to wait a customer sitting next to me said she had been waiting over an hour. There were no other reps to assist with helping. Needless to say I also waited over an hour before my name was called. The only silver lining throughout this experience was the rep. He was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I will choose another branch when I need to handle business in a more timely fashion.

  Chase became over confident about their being the best Bank. And it affect their customer's service. They used to be the best, i am not sure about that anymore, and if it will not improve soon, I will start thinking seriously about changing to a different bank.
