  Bad customer service!!! Only on teller.You have to wait for long time to take out your money . I Many workers around just to greet and help with ATM.

  The Bank employees from the Tellers to the Managers are very helpful, cheerful and efficient. They are NOT slow, the people they serve are slow. I received fast and cheerful assistance and they explained everything very simply and correctly. I was very happy and it is very clean inside also, nice touch!

  The story as it is with the brunch 3 blocks away: What's wrong with the management? Where's all the standards of JP Morgan Chase? This place looks rubbish, there is no professional ethic. In place of the Chase central management, I'd cut wages and of all brunch managers in the area, including the brunch on 4th Ave 3 blocks away.

  Probably the worst experience I've had with any bank, I'm actually writing this as I'm still sitting here! I've been waiting for 45 minutes to open up an account ( great first impression) so I'm literally about to be called next as I hear the bankers talking pointing to me and the person that was suppose to see me looks my direction and takes another customer that walked in the door 20 seconds ago! Even one of the girls that works at the establishment agrees that was extremely rude.
