  This is terrible I keep calling and nobody answers someone is using my information on my card I just received a email. In chase is still open in won't answer. I'm thinking about changing banks...

  The worst bank/customer service ever! They lost deposits from my job, they never gave us back correct change, the employees are rude, i talked with another chase member who was there because they also lost a check, they are late processing payments, list goes on... I cancelled my checking account, getting rid of Chase related credit cards and switching banks!

  One teller; one officer; recently closed restrooms for customers. If there was a star for totally unacceptable I would tap it. Be prepared to wait in line and use restroom before you leave home. Or better still change banks. I am today!

  Moral dilemmas aside in doing business with a company like J.P. Morgan this branch excels at long lines and longer wait times. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to stand in line indefinitely.

  Atm machines are always down outside. What's the point of having them? 3 in total outside while having 4 inside that do function. INside. Worth if you are wanting to park and walk all the way inside, otherwise.. It's a joke. And thank goodness they do have them inside or else going inside to only two bank tellers it's the worst.
