  I like the branch but not the bank itself. Fees everywhere.

  You walk in and there is no directory there isn't anyone to greet you. Employees will walk right past you with not even a "what are you here for today can I be of any help. It took 45 mins just for me I add a chase liquid card to my existing account.

  Employees are a little less than helpful. I would almost say rude.
