  Waiting time is too long for customers. I am very disappointed! I went to several branches in town. Only two and three customers waiting, but the waiting time would be one and half hours.

  Will not allow cash deposits to non members .even though the account being posted too probably has more financial credibility than the bank itself. The bank will close while I pay for money orders so I can be late on my payment. Thanks bank. Never will I open an account with u.

  Absolute worse experience. Don't come to this location if you have a major problem that was unforseen that you didn't book an appointment ahead of time. Hello, emergengies cannot be planned in advance to book an appointment. Luckily another location took care of us the right way!

  This branch is a nice bank, all the people are friendly and helpful. That includes the manager. And Chase bank itself is an innovative bank; they have a lot of new plans and programs that are pretty useful. Everyone here seems to go a little farther to help than I'm used to these days.

  If I could give this Bank zero Stars I would. Just have to let everyone out there know that this company will not protect your money. I'm a hundred percent that fraud was done to my account. If you ever have this problem with Chase you're screwed. They won't refund you your money when this happens. They do everything they can to protect themselves. And hope that their customer won't fight it and if they do they fight even harder
