  DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO SIGN UP FOR A NEW ACCOUNT. MY BOYFRIEND WENT IN ON JULY 31ST AND THEY TOLD HIM HIS CARD WOULD BE IN THE MAIL IN 6-7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT DIDN'T COME. WE CALLED JHON DUQUE AFTER TWO WEEKS AND HE SAID HE'D RE SEND IT. TWO WEEKS MORE AND NADA. I HAD TO CALL CHASE AND NOW HE FINALLY GOT HIS CARD, AFTER A MONTH. THANKS FOR NOTHING JHON DUQUE.

  The absolute worst customer service. It took four visits in 7 days to finally end up resolving the problem on my own. Not the first time employees, with few exception, have proven useless.

  This chase branch on Washington is hands down the most disgusting bank I've ever been in. It's 62 deg out today but they have the heat on.. must be 80. The floors are filthy... The music is extremely loud and coming out of one tweeter. I will never set foot in that 💩 hole again.
