  I needed help cashing some bonds that I had and was greeted SO negatively. The customer service at this branch is awful. I was told there was only one teller available and that it would take a while but they’d eventually be able to help me. Basically I was told I was an inconvenience. I was told to wait in the lobby and they’d have someone “at least start the process for me”... The teller did not advise anyone that I was waiting or that I needed assistance. The banker who noticed me waiting in the lobby called me into her office and was very nice. Sadly, I will be canceling all of my accounts and credit cards with Chase after this experience.

  This is an awesome branch, the staff is professional and friendly. The new ATMs allow for faster service anytime of day or night.
