  One of busiest branches, but the line seems to be moving faster than expected. The staff is friendly and efficient.

  This is a really busy Chase branch. They remodeled a few years ago and have added people to help direct you and even help with some of your transactions, but it still gets a bit bottled up. If you're here for something simple like a deposit/withdrawal or an ATM transaction - its not too bad; its a bit more complicated when you have to actually sit down and speak with someone. However, after all of that angst, the staff have been quite helpful. The ATM area is usually dirty and overflowing with garbage overnight and often during the days which makes it a bit of an eyesore.

  Waiting for so long now almost been 30 mins and noone has seen me yet smh customer service is trash need faster employees

  When I lived in that neighborhood the entire staff was very helpful and very friendly.Everyone Working At this At this Branch helped me on A number of times , Whether it be with opening A Account Or OR Other Ways TO Invest money. The Only Complaint I have Is the Automated Bank Tellers,Which Are In All Chase Banks. The ATM'S Are good if You Don't Want to wait on line,but the one's inside Are pointless In my Opinion.Over All It's A Terrific Bank And So Are the People WHO Work in this Particular Bank.

  "waste of time". there is no staff in the morning. The wait is just wrong. I got there at 8:30. Yet, the bank did not open until 8:45. The opening hours are wrong. There is no order. I was the first customer to sign my name and the staff called two others. It is the worse experience I have had at any chase bank.
