  It was time for a bad review... EVERYTIME I come here they ALWAYS contradict what i ask for and say it cant be done then I call customer service and they confirm that I could've done it at a branch. It hasn't been 1 time, not 2, not 3, FOUR TIMES!! YEA I know, why the hell do I keep going back?

  The worst service ever, even by their branch manager. He was rude, and talked over me. Refused to help with something that takes 10 minutes max, 30 min before closing. Lazy, unprofessional management and staff.

  THIS PEOPLE MADE US WAIT 30MIN AND TO TELL US THAT WE HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT WAS TO LATE AND THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE THEY SHOULD HAD SAID THAT AND NOT MADE US WAIST OUR TIME

  Mauricio Granados is very friendly!!! helped me open a savings acct. However,, Brandan Hamiliton is not friendly!! If you going into open a new acct. have someone else help you!! she was seemed uptight,told me about a promotion and didn't even want to help me out or tell me any info on it..She didn't even offer to deposit the money I wanted to put in!! it was like thank you,,get out!! the other person was right about this location not the most friendly but Mr. Granados is!!!!
