  Knowledgeable and friendly. I came here to change an existing account and open a new one during my lunch break; I didn't have to wait very long, and the representative I worked with was very knowledgeable and gave me the details I needed to understand my options. For example, the advantages of different types of savings accounts, potential fees I might incur with different setups regarding savings and overdraft, and some best practices when considering home-buying in the future and how that might create benefits with existing accounts that I'm working with currently.

  Sad that I can't rate this 0 stars, do yourself a favor and don't come to this location. Came into the store 2 hours before close, waited for over an hour for someone to help me create an account and then I was told I needed to leave because it would take too long for them to set me up, another customer was sent home as well. Over an hour of my time wasted because they wouldn't assist me even though I was already in store, thanks guy!

  Stephanie at this branch was exceptional on the phone and followed thru with her exceptional service in person! She has unknowingly found, not just a satisfied customer but a LOYAL customer! Keep up being you! God bless! She answered my questions in a professional manner and not in a down nose look attitude. She was personal and friendly by providing some suggestions before arriving at the branch. She asked if I had applied her suggestions when I saw her in person, to me this showed she cared much.

  Today was the second time that I had to wait too long to see a customer service representative. I needed to open a business account and when I arrived at the bank there were three other people sitting on the chairs waiting as well. There were two representatives available, one had a client at his desk and was on the phone the whole 25 minutes I was there making the client wait, I thought the other one had a client but after 15 minutes that I was there she got up from her cubicle, walked right through the middle of use four waiting without saying a word. She went through a back door, went inside a VP office. No one came up to us and said anyting like they are sorry for us having to wait so long. One lady that was there before me left, I left 10 minutes later. Customer service is a very important part of any business, we moved from another state where there was excellent customer service, someone was always on the floor to greet and look after you when you walked in, but not here. I will take my business elsewhere, sorry but we tried and Chase failed us.
